Delivery & Returns
Order Confirmation
We’ll pre-authorise your card when you place an order, but won’t charge it until we confirm stock with our supplier. If the item is available, we’ll process payment and dispatch your order. If it’s on backorder, we’ll cancel the pre-authorisation and contact you.
Order Delivery
In-stock orders are dispatched within 5 working days. You'll receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven't received tracking info within 6 working days, email us at hello@ev-riders.co.uk.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Do not accept damaged items. If you find damage, email clear photos to hello@ev-riders.co.uk so we can assist with an insurance claim.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled after 48 hours may incur a fee. If dispatched, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
