Order Delivery

Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Do not accept damaged items. If you find damage, email clear photos to hello@ev-riders.co.uk so we can assist with an insurance claim.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled after 48 hours may incur a fee. If dispatched, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
